Group Challenges

Welcome to the Group Challenges page! This might be my favorite page of all!!!!

In a nutshell, group challenges are just that — challenges done by a group of people!

How it works:

  • I post when the next group challenge will begin and which workout we are doing. Challenge groups run for 30, 60, or 90 days.
  • You purchase the specific challenge pack on my Beachbody website (I walk you through the entire process).
  • You are invited to a private group on Facebook for only the group members participating in the current Challenge. The group gives you daily motivation and inspiration as well as one-on-one support from your coach (ME!!) and your fellow group members.
  • You have the option of taking before and after photos to see your transformation/progress AND enter in a contest through Beachbody to win cash for your transformation, if you choose to.
